Normally we have an hourly rate for one time or first time cleaning house service. You're welcome to place a CAP on the amount of time we spend cleaning.
Recurring weekly, and every other week services are charged on a FIXED price structure so you know exactly how much it is each time.

Do I have to be home? Most of our customers are not home when we clean. We have keys to most of our customers homes.
Are you insured? We are insured, bonded, and do everything by the book. Payroll taxes, workers comp, sales tax..
Do I have to sign anything? There are no long term commitments. You do need to sign our policy statement which explains our cancellation policies, breakage, etc.
You can STOP service ANYTIME and for ANY reason you want.
How do we pay you? Cash/checks paid same day as service or before. We accept all major ccards, and paypal.
How do we schedule cleanings? We will put you on a schedule where we arrive on the same day of the week whether your a monthly, weekly, or every other week client.
What if there is a problem? You can contact the office manager or owner with ANY and ALL concerns. We are her to help.
